This page provides essential information regarding shopping at the visisiulai.lt e-shop, available payment methods, currency, and refund procedures.

Payment Methods

At the visisiulai.lt e-shop, you can pay for goods using electronic banking services.

Payments can be made through the following banks:

  • Šiaulių bankas

Payments are made in Euro currency — EUR.

Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform. After selecting a payment method, the buyer is redirected to a secure payment environment where they can confirm the payment.

Order Confirmation

The order begins to be fulfilled upon receipt of payment confirmation. If the payment is not successfully made or confirmed, the order may not be fulfilled.

After a successful order submission, the buyer receives an order confirmation at the specified email address.

Product Prices

All product prices at the visisiulai.lt e-shop are provided in Euros.

The final amount payable to the buyer is shown before confirming the order. The final amount includes the price of the goods and the chosen delivery fee, if applicable.

Refund Policy

The buyer has the right to return purchased goods in accordance with legal requirements within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Returned goods must be:

  • unused;
  • not having lost their commercial appearance;
  • in their original packaging, if applicable;
  • with all tags, if they were attached.

Money for returned goods is refunded to the same account from which the payment was made, or by another method agreed upon with the buyer.

Money is refunded only after receiving the returned goods and assessing their condition.

Exchange and Return of Goods

In the letter, please indicate:

  • order number;
  • buyer's first name and last name;
  • the item to be returned;
  • reason for return.

The buyer pays for return shipping costs, except when the item was defective or the wrong item was received.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item that you ordered, please contact us by email as soon as possible and attach a photo of the item.

In such a case, the item may be replaced or a refund issued.
