RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Goods returns or exchanges are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer has the right to return defective goods to the Seller, but only if the item has not been used, is not damaged by the Buyer, has its original complete set, an undamaged package, and its labels have not been torn off or otherwise damaged.

The Seller is not responsible for damage to goods due to improper use or during shipping due to improper postal/delivery service operation.

At the Buyer's request, goods are exchanged for an analogous item. If the Seller is unable to exchange the goods, all money paid for the goods will be refunded within 14 working days of the goods being returned to the Seller, via bank transfer to the specified account.

In case of a refund, the Buyer will receive the full amount actually paid for the goods, including shipping.

All postal expenses incurred during the exchange / return of quality goods are paid by the Buyer. If goods are returned / exchanged due to inadequate quality or if the wrong goods were received, then all shipping expenses incurred during the return / exchange will be paid by the Seller.

When returning goods, it is necessary to provide the proof of purchase.
