DELIVERY INFORMATION

Goods are delivered via Express or Omniva parcel lockers, with a typical delivery time of 2-7 business days from the order placement. Other delivery methods can also be arranged with the customer.

The delivery cost will be shown and added to your shopping cart total once you enter the delivery address.

You will find out the delivery terms after entering the delivery address and selecting the delivery method.

The Buyer, when choosing the goods delivery service during the order, undertakes to specify the exact goods delivery location.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for delays in the delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

The Buyer, in all cases, upon noticing packaging damage during delivery, must indicate remarks in the consignment delivery document provided by the courier (or postal worker) or draw up a separate report regarding such damage (also record the damage with a phone/video camera). The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier (or postal worker). If such actions are not performed, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for goods damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the courier's (or postal worker's) goods delivery document.
