Zauberball Crazy yarn balls are wonderfully soft, durable sock yarn with changing colors as you knit. Zauberball Crazy yarn consists of two plies, each ply dyed with different colors. The twisted plies give the yarn a mottled effect. One ball of yarn makes a pair of socks, but it is also great for scarves, gloves, shawls, kerchiefs, hats, and even sweaters. One ball is enough to knit socks up to size 44. The manufacturer also states that 450 grams of yarn are enough to knit a size 38 sweater. The Crazy ball has its "crazy" name for a reason; when knitting, you will truly be surprised by the order in which the colors in the ball unfold. One thing is certain: you will not be able to knit two identical socks. The color distribution will differ.
